I have lived in many different places throughout my life. I was born in Hawaii, then moved to Texas, Colorado, Ohio, and Florida. I went back to Hawaii for university where I got my degree in English. After graduating university, I moved to the small town of Talkeetna, Alaska for the summer. The following year I worked a summer season in Yellowstone, where I fell in love with the surrounding area and decided that I wanted to stay for as long as possible, but wasn’t done traveling just yet. In the middle of covid, I moved to South Korea where I taught English as a second language for two years before deciding that it was time to come back to the States, and moved to Big Sky in the summer of 2023. During the fall season, I went back home to Florida and worked as a volunteer in the wildlife rehabilitation center at Alaqua Animal Refuge before joining Moonlight Basin as the Kid’s Rec Supervisor in December.
When I’m not working, you can find me taking naps in my car in Yellowstone (more specifically: Hayden Valley), hiking on nearby trails in the summer, or attempting to snowboard in the winter months (next season I will get off the bunny hill).
