We want to make it as easy as possible (we know how stressful it can be for grown ups!).

Moonlight Basin Members:

Reservation requests for Moonlight Basin campers can be made using the Moonlight Basin app. You will be notified with the request is submitted and accepted. Please contact Member Services for questions or concerns utilizing that platform.

Big Sky Families:

Email kids@moonlightbasin.com with the Subject Line: 2024 Registration, CAMPER LAST NAME and the following details…

  • Name(s) and age(s) of camper(s) age at time of camp attendance

  • Week(s) of interest including dates and theme

    • ex. Camp Moonlight, “GEOLOGY ROCKS, 6/17-6/20”

    • ex. Moonlight Kids Backpacking, “Northern Adventure, DATES”

  • Parent/guardian name and contact information including phone number and email address

    Please mention if you’ve submitted a sponsorship or award application.

NEXT STEPS

Following the submission of your email with the details above or reservation requests on the Moonlight Basin app, you will receive a confirmation email in the days following your registration as we work to process all requests.

A final email confirmation including required waivers, camp policies, and expectations will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the start date for your first reserved week of camp. If you do not receive a confirmation email in that timeframe, please contact kids@moonlightbasin.com

SCHOOL POLICY

In the interest of best serving the Moonlight and Big Sky Communities, the families for whom Camp Moonlight was founded, we will only allow registration by Moonlight Basin Member families and students currently enrolled in BSSD-72, Morningstar Learning Center or the Discovery Academy. Proof of enrollment or age may required 2 weeks prior to the date your session of camp commences.

MOONLIGHT BASIN ACTIVITIES CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 48 hours of a reserved event or activity will be charged 50% of the advertised price. Cancellations within 24 hours of an event or activity will be charged the full advertised price. Following the confirmed booking of the activity through Moonlight Outfitters, the Member or guest will be responsible for any and all applicable charges associated with the activity. This applies to all confirmed bookings despite actual attendance or duration of participation. There are no refunds or credits for leaving an activity early
